BROADSTAR maintains a strict no-return policy. However, limited exchanges may be permitted under specific conditions. For smooth processing and approval, customers may be required to provide an unboxing video of the parcel along with a clear 360° view of the product showing the front and back.

BROADSTAR follows a strict no-return policy. Products once sold are not eligible for return or cash refund under any circumstances. Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, size charts, and other details carefully before placing an order.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY (5-DAY WINDOW)

Size exchange is allowed, subject to the conditions mentioned below. Customers may request a size exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery if the size received does not fit as expected.

To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging. Requests raised after the 5-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For faster approval, customers should keep an unboxing video and may be asked to share a 360° view of the product, clearly displaying its condition.

Size exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, customers will be issued store credit instead. No cash refund or refund to the original payment method will be provided.

Customers may be required to ship the product back as per the instructions shared by our team. BROADSTAR does not guarantee reverse pickup for exchange requests.
